1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Iwanjye platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Iwanjye Ltd.
2. User Accounts & Verification
To access certain features of the platform, including posting listings or communicating with clients, you must complete your profile and register as a verified user or broker. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account verification codes and details, and you accept full liability for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Property Listings & Accuracy
Brokers and sellers represent and warrant that all property listings they post are active, accurate, and truthful. You must have explicit authorization from the property owner to list any property. Postings containing false pricing, misleading imagery, or outdated availability statuses will be flagged, rejected, or permanently deleted by our compliance administrators.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not engage in any fraudulent activity, manipulate pricing structures, distribute harmful malware, or violate any applicable laws in Rwanda. Scraping, harvesting, or indexing listing data without explicit written permission from Iwanjye Ltd is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, software architectures, illustrations, and proprietary tools on the Iwanjye platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Iwanjye Ltd and are protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any of our branding components without authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
Iwanjye serves as a technology marketplace connecting buyers, renters, and brokers. We do not own, manage, or inspect the properties listed. We are not a party to any lease or purchase agreements, and we reject all liability for transactions, disputes, or losses resulting from dealings facilitated through the platform.
7. Governance & Rwanda Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kigali, Rwanda.
